Celebrity Big Brother season 3 star Shanna Moakler has been spotted with on-again, off-again boyfriend Matthew Rondeau three weeks after his arrest for alleged domestic violence against her. It comes as no surprise to most Celebrity Big Brother fans that Shanna and Matthew have had a complex relationship over the years. After throwing shade at her ex-husband Travis Barker for his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, Shanna is now facing her own relationship woes.
In 2022, Shanna had a fantastic run on Celebrity Big Brother 3 that almost culminated in her winning the title of America's Favorite Player on the show. When it comes to her conflicts with CBB3 runner-up Todrick Hall, nearly all of the fans were on Shanna's side. After the show ended, though, Shanna was quickly involved in drama with her boyfriend Matthew that involved him going live on her Instagram and accusing her of several things. Matthew held an Instagram Live in front of Shanna's home and was arrested on charges of domestic violence.
Despite all this drama, Shanna announced that she was pregnant on March 3, 2022. Now, it seems like she's attempting to reconcile with Matthew. Just three weeks following his arrest, Shanna and Matthew have now been spotted together again, as reported by TMZ. The report notes that Shanna and Matthew were spotted on Sunday, March 13 in Rhode Island having dinner at Opa Restaurant. The eyewitnesses who spoke with TMZ claimed that the pair didn't show "signs of affection" but left the restaurant as late as 1 a.m. Alas, it is unclear whether Shanna and Matthew are working on getting back together. She's been rather silent on social media, whereas he has shared a few posts since his latest public fight with Shanna and subsequent arrest.
About a month ago, Big Brother alumni and fans urged Shanna to leave Matthew and seek protection as they worried about his behavior toward her. Now, however, it appears that she's feeling safer to meet up with him again on a one-on-date dinner date. With news that she's pregnant, it could be possible that she's meeting up with Matthew to discuss how to handle that situation. Alas, nothing of the sort has been directly addressed by Shanna as of this writing. Overall, Shanna and Matthew have broken up and gotten back together many times over the years, so this might just be their latest reconciliation.
Otherwise, it is also possible that Shanna just wants to straighten things out with Matthew despite his recent actions and arrest. After all, the Celebrity Big Brother 3 star is now pregnant, so there might be a few discussions that she needs to have with Matthew for the time being. Hopefully, Shanna and Matthew can find a way to move forward under new terms between them.
